Lakers Gaming’s 2019 Season Outlook:

Lakers Gaming are one of four brand new expansion teams that will be joining the NBA 2K League starting in the 2019 Season. Holding the 4th & 5th picks in the NBA 2K League Expansion Draft, Lakers Gaming selected Mootyy and KontruL, respectively, with their two picks. Formerly of  Kings Guard Gaming, Mootyy averaged 15.1 PPG, 8.3 RPG and 2.8 APG over the course of the regular season. No. 5 overall selection KontruL, who played for Magic Gaming in 2018, averaged 14.5 PPG, 1.3 RPG & 7.2 APG during the regular season. Lakers Gaming also acquired Vert, formerly of Warriors Gaming Squad, in exchange for their 2019 1st Round Pick. Vert joins Lakers Gaming having averaged 20.4 PPG, 8.7 RPG & 2.4 APG. Collectively, they form a very formidable trio that gives Lakers Gaming plenty of hope entering their inaugural season.

Lakers Gaming will look to continue shaping their roster as they hold three picks in the upcoming 2019 NBA 2K League Draft. Below find all three of their selections:
