Eligibility: The Custom Shoe Giveaway (hereafter, “Promotion”) is open to legal residents (natural persons only) of the fifty (50) U.S. and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry: 18 years of age in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of NBA 2K League, LLC (the “Sponsor), NBA 2K League teams, The National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, and NBA Digital, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, and advertising/promotion agencies, and teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. Twitter is neither a sponsor of nor affiliated with this Promotion. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor.

Promotion Period: The Promotion Period will be divided into two (2) individual prize drawings. Entry Period #1 will start at approximately 3:00:00PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/23/18 and ends at approximately 5:00:00PM ET on 8/23/18. Entry Period #2 will start at approximately 3:00:00PM ET on 8/24/18 and ends at approximately 5:00:00PM ET on 8/24/18 (collectively the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter: NBA 2K League Twitter Feed (“@NBA2KLeague”) will release up to two (2) Promotional tweets (each, a “Tweet”) to its Twitter Followers throughout the Promotion Period, inviting such Followers to reply each day of the Promotion Period, as follows: 1) Visit www.twitter.com & login to your account. If you do not have a Twitter account you may sign-up for free by visiting www.twitter.com & following the enrollment instructions; 2) Visit https://twitter.com/nba2kleague, from your Twitter home page, or click on the “Find People” tab & perform a search for “NBA2KLeague”; then click on the “Follow” button corresponding to the official @NBA2KLeague channel; 3) Throughout the Promotion Period, to participate, Followers must reply to the associated Promotion-related tweet (“Reply”) to @NBA2KLeague within the time period allotted (“Reply Period”). Each Reply tweet must have @NBA2KLeague and include the hashtags: #NBA2KLeagueFinals #Sweepstakes and conform to Twitter’s character limitation (hereafter, each, an “Entry”). Entrant’s Twitter account must be public in order to enter. Replies that do not follow the above format may be discarded or ignored. Incomplete replies, Replies received after the applicable Reply Period deadline, and/or Replies which, in the Sponsor’s discretion, are obscene or offensive, or communicate messages inconsistent with the positive images to which the Sponsor wishes to associate will be void. Subject to Twitter Terms of Service & except where otherwise prohibited, all winning Entries become property of the Sponsor & will not be returned. All Entries must comply with the Twitter Terms of Service & Twitter Rules available at www.twitter.com.

Entries must be received by the reply deadline for the applicable drawing to be considered for that drawing. Limit one (1) Entry per Twitter username per day. Entries received from any Twitter username in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of Entry) to enter the Promotion is prohibited and any Entry through such means, and any Entry that is deemed to be ineligible (at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) will be void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the Twitter username submitted, Entry will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the Twitter username from which said Entry was submitted provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate or undelivered tweets, questions, answers, Mentions, Follow requests, direct messages or Entries, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of direct messages, tweets, questions, answers, Mentions or Entries, the announcement of a prize, for any injury or damage to any participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Promotion-related materials. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Follow requests of entrants and disqualify such entrants whom the Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

Drawings:/Prizes: Prize winners will be selected in an individual random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period for the applicable day. Non-winning Entries from one drawing will not carry forward to subsequent drawings. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Potential winners will be notified via Twitter Direct Message from the @NBA2KLeague handle and must respond within five (5) days. Odds of winning any drawing will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for the applicable drawing. Limit one (1) prize per person, per household and per e-mail address. Each applicable prize drawing will be conducted within (24) hours of the respective Entry Period’s end date outlined below:

Entry Period

Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details, including size and color are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Merchandise is not game used. In the event that any merchandise is not available the Sponsor reserves the right to replace the merchandise with a prize with a comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. All costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded associated with the acceptance and use of any prize, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes are each winner’s sole responsibility. Total ARV of all prizes=$380.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize is permitted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion and except as otherwise provided herein. Potential winners will be required to provide their respective shipping address within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting. If potential prize winner’s Twitter Direct Message, notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner fails to respond to such Twitter Direct Message within five (5) days, potential winner will be disqualified and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable drawing at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1) The Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law) entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, any oral or written statements, and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize and any related activity thereto or participation in this Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this Promotion (or any portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion or for any other reason and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from eligible non-suspect Entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the NBA and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held in New York County, New York; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and the NBA and the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.
