Official Rules for Giveaway of Codes for Virtual Goods 

• A moderator will initiate the giveaway by telling chat participants that they can enter a keyword in the chat for a chance to win the Prize (defined below). Moderators may periodically repeat the instructions for how to enter the giveaway.

• The Prize is a code that can be used in the NBA2K18 video game to receive the virtual jerseys and shorts of each NBA 2K League team playing during the current session.

• Each Prize winner will be chosen at random from those who have, at the time a winner is chosen, entered the keyword in the chat during the session.

• Winners will be announced in the chat and then sent a message on Twitch that contains the Prize code.

• Employees of NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), the NBA member teams, NBA 2K League, LLC, the NBA 2K League, and NBA 2K League member teams (together, the “Covered Entities”), including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the giveaway.

• The Covered Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability andshall be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winners or any third parties or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize and/or participation in this giveaway.

• Participants in this giveaway (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the Covered Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.

• By accepting the Prize, a winnercertifies that he or she is the individual announced as the winner and that he or she allows the use of his/her name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness, as stated above, with no further compensation (financial or otherwise), and agrees to release the Covered Entities from any claims or damage that might arise in connection with the giveaway.

• All decisions by the Covered Entities with respect to the giveaway and the winners are final and binding.
