With each team playing on their third consecutive night, NetsGC exited victorious Thursday to bring their win streak to three, while Celtics Crossover Gaming remained winless to start the season.

Game 1 was plagued with connection issues early in the first quarter, but the two teams remained relatively even throughout the contest. After a back-and-forth first half, NetsGC led 39-38 at halftime. Brooklyn managed to pull ahead even more during the third quarter, and although the Celtics narrowly outscored the Nets in the fourth, NetsGC pulled out a 67-63 win.

NetsGC ran most of their offense through Choc, who converted on 18-of-23 field goals to finish with 40 points along with seven assists and three steals. Shuttles (eight points, eight rebounds, five assists) and Chess (nine points, two assists) had respectable games on the scoreboard, but Choc’s efficiency set the tone for the Brooklyn club. oFAB had a solid game for Boston with 34 points and nine assists while TooxCool contributed 10 points, 10 rebounds and six assists, and Bulleyy pitched in with 11 points. However, the Celtics were slightly less clean from the floor, and they were unable to overcome the Nets.

Game 2 was a much different story, as Celtics Crossover Gaming pulled ahead during the second quarter and never looked back. After bolstering their lead in the third quarter as well, Boston cruised to a comfortable 76-64 victory to force a winner-take-all contest.

oFAB had more scoring chances for the Celtics in Game 2, and he logged 41 points and nine assists despite converting on just 53.3 percent of his field goal attempts. However, TooxCool was a decisive force, recording six steals to complement his 15 points and 14 rebounds. For NetsGC, Choc was less sharp during Game 2, as he went 12-for-23 from the floor. He finished with 23 points, but his 12 turnovers gave Boston plenty of opportunities. Shuttles picked up a double-double with 12 points and 15 rebounds and Randomz stepped up with 12 points, but Brooklyn couldn’t contend with the rapid Celtics offensive pace overall.

After an even first quarter in Game 3, NetsGC secured a five-point lead at the end of the first half, as they led 36-31. Celtics Crossover Gaming shrunk the lead to one point at the end of the third quarter, but NetsGC eked out a 60-55 win to take the series.

Choc’s 10 turnovers were one of the few shortcomings for NetsGC during Game 3, but he managed to make up for it with 30 points, eight assists and five steals. Shuttles logged 10 points, 15 rebounds and three blocks, including a crucial block in the final seconds to put the game on ice. For Celtics Crossover Gaming oFAB (28 points, six assists) and TooxCool (six points, 15 rebounds) each rose to the challenge once again, but Easy struggled to find a rhythm, going just 1-for-12 from the floor with only three points.

NetsGC will finish out the week with a series against Raptors Uprising GC on Friday, while Celtics Crossover Gaming will face Hornets Venom GT on Wednesday.
