After claiming their first win of Season 3 on Monday against Cavs Legion GC, Bucks Gaming was able to carry their momentum into Thursday’s matchup as they swept Knicks Gaming.

The Bucks jumped out to a 23-10 lead at the end of the first quarter of Game 1, and although Knicks Gaming was able to cut the lead to six at the end of the first half, the virtual deer were able to coast to an 83-69 win.

Regg carried the torch for Bucks Gaming in the first game with 41 points and nine assists as he converted on 17 of his 25 field goal attempts. Squidris chipped in with eight points, 22 rebounds, eight assists and four blocks, while Plondo (14 points, three rebounds, three steals) and Arooks (12 points, two assists) were also key contributors for Milwaukee. Duck had 32 points and five assists for Knicks Gaming and was perfect on all three of his attempts from beyond the arc, but the team as a whole shot just 6-for-17 from three-point range as they were unable to keep up with the Bucks’ offensive production.

Knicks Gaming opened Game 2 on a 9-0 run, but they were unable to keep momentum on their side. Bucks Gaming cut their deficit to one point at the end of the first half and turned on the jets in the third quarter, outscoring New York 24-15. Knicks Gaming managed to gain some traction early in the fourth quarter, but the Bucks completed the sweep with an 84-67 victory.

Regg cooled off slightly during Game 2, but still led all scorers with 30 points and 10 assists despite going just 3-for-8 from three-point range. Squidris notched a double-double with 15 points and 18 rebounds, while Ty and Arooks combined to go 7-for-9 from beyond the arc to seal the sweep for Milwaukee. Duck (24 points, five assists) and OriginalMalik (20 points, five assists) each had big games for Knicks Gaming, but the team was again cold from three-point range, converting on just six of their 17 attempts.

After going 1-1 with matchups on two consecutive nights, Knicks Gaming will face undefeated Raptors Uprising GC on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bucks Gaming will carry their 2-2 record into a matchup against NetsGC on Thursday.
