Bucks Gaming endured a tough start, but ultimately prevailed in their three-game series against Cavs Legion, securing a 2-0 win Tuesday evening.

Bucks Gaming and Cavs Legion GC played a back-and-forth contest in the first game of the series, The Cavs jumped to a 16-13 lead following the first quarter, but the Bucks flipped the script just before half-time and evened things up at 30-30 at the break. Cavs Legion GC restored the lead and carried a one-point lead after three (50-49), but yet again it was a comeback effort by Bucks Gaming, who dominated the fourth quarter 23-16 to claim the eight-point victory.

Regg carried the Bucks with a spectacular 45-point performance while shooting 17-of-30 from the field, although he got help from the supporting cast as well. Squidris finished with eight points, 18 rebounds and six assists, while Arooks chipped in with 12 points despite shooting 4-of-12 from the field. Strainer led Cavs Gaming with 25 points and six assists, while Godddof2k chipped in with 11 points and All Hail Trey notched 18 points. oLarry, in his first Season 3 matchup against the team that initially drafted him, grabbed 12 boards.

Bucks Gaming’s momentum carried into Game 2 of the series. The virtual deer quickly jumped to a 18-11 lead in the first quarter and extended the advantage to 37-29 at the half-time break. A similar advantage occurred in the third, as Bucks Gaming locked down a 14-11 advantage in the third, pushing their advantage to 12 points heading into the final quarter. Cavs Gaming shortened the gap in the final quarter, but it wasn’t enough and Milwaukee cruised their way towards an easy 63-54 win, giving them a 2-0 victory in this three-game set.

Much like Game 1, Regg led the way for Bucks Gaming with a 40-point performance after making 17 of his 27 shots from the field, including 3-of-7 from three-point range. Arooks had 10 points, while Squidris grabbed 17 boards while adding six points. Strainer led Cleveland with 27 points and five assists, but he also committed 10 turnovers. Godddof2k went for 14 points, while oLarry filled the stat sheet with eight points, 13 rebounds, five assists and three steals.

Bucks Gaming will play Thursday against Knicks Gaming. Meanwhile, Cavs Legion will take on Warriors Gaming Squad on Friday.
