Kings Guard Gaming emerged victorious over Grizz Gaming by a score of 64-46 to conclude the second week of NBA 2K League action. With the win, Kings Guard Gaming moves to 2-2 on the season. Grizz Gaming remain winless at 0-3 following the loss.

This game started sloppy, as both teams combined for seven turnovers in the first quarter. That was almost equal with the made field goals category, which stood at nine total through the same timeframe. The game was tied 12-12 when the first quarter buzzer sounded.

The second quarter saw Bp, point guard for the Kings, finally come to life. He posted three triples and a dunk to elevate his point total to 15 at the half. More importantly, he built Kings Guard Gaming a 27-20 lead heading into the third quarter. Grizz Gaming had a tough time finding any offensive rhythm in the first half.

Vandi started making some shots for Grizz Gaming in the third quarter, but some excellent ball movement from the Kings washed away any momentum the Grizz were hoping to create. Kings Guard Gaming notched back-to-back threes at the end of the third quarter, leading by a score of 46-31 at that point.

The fourth quarter started with an impressive alley-oop from Bp to BallLikeSeem. That pretty much summed up the final six minutes of this contest, as the Kings had more energy on both sides of the court. Grizz Gaming tried to make a comeback while notching an 8-0 run, but the Kings promptly responded with back-to-back threes. From there, Kings Guard Gaming crossed the proverbial finish line with a 64-46 win.

Bp unsurprisingly earned Intel Player of the Game honors. The Kings’ point guard posted 26 points and seven assists, clearly avenging a disappointing performance in their previous game. It was another day and another double-double for worthingcolt, as the big man cruised to 11 points and 10 rebounds.

Vandi led Grizz Gaming with 17 points and nine assists, while AuthenticAfrican was oddly quiet with 11 points and seven rebounds.
