T-Wolves Gaming entered Thursday’s matchup tied for first place in the Western Conference while Lakers Gaming sat in last place. T-Wolves Gaming dominated the second half of Game 1 and used an explosive first half in Game 2 to earn a convincing sweep over Lakers Gaming.

ReeseDaGod connected on a mid-range jumper with three seconds left in the first quarter of Game 1 as Lakers Gaming claimed a 18-17 lead. BeardaBeast went 5-for-6 from the field and 3-for-4 from three as he exploded for a game-high 13 first-quarter points.

Lakers Gaming only scored eight points in the second quarter as T-Wolves Gaming jumped out to a 36-26 halftime lead. BeardaBeast scored 17 first-half points for T-Wolves Gaming while ShiftyKaii added 15 points and three rebounds. ReeseDaGod led Lakers Gaming with 10 points and three assists while Tactuk notched eight points and six rebounds.

T-Wolves Gaming struggled in the third quarter as they let Lakers Gaming cut their lead to one point. However, ShiftKaii hit a three with under three seconds left to extend their lead back to four going into the fourth quarter. Lakers Gaming couldn’t build off their solid third quarter as T-Wolves Gaming outscored them 28-13 in the fourth quarter and claimed Game 1 80-61.

ShiftyKaii led all scorers with 34 points and six assists, while BeardaBeast ended with 27 points and five assists. Slaughter did it all for T-Wolves Gaming as he notched eight points, 13 rebounds, eight assists, three blocks and one steal. ReeseDaGod led Lakers Gaming with 21 points and nine assists, while Tactuk finished with 16 points, eight rebounds and five assists.

Myles connected on a three pointer with five seconds left in the first quarter of Game 1, capping off a dominating period from T-Wolves Gaming that ended with a 22-9 lead. Lakers Gaming couldn’t get any stops in the second quarter as T-Wolves Gaming continued their outstanding performance, winning the period 29-16 and claiming a 51-25 halftime lead.

ShiftyKaii scored 16 first-half points, eight assists and five steals while BeardaBeast tallied 15 points and three assists. ReeseDaGod led Lakers Gaming with 12 first-half points and four assists.

After their stellar first-half performance, T-Wolves Gaming coasted in the second half as they won Game 2 96-73, earning the series sweep.

BeardaBeast finished with 36 points and five assists, while ShiftyKaii added 27 points, 10 assists and seven steals. ReeseDaGod led Lakers Gaming with 36 points and nine assists while Tactuk totaled 10 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists.

T-Wolves Gaming concluded their regular season action while Lakers Gaming finishes theirs on Friday, Aug. 13 against Kings Guard Gaming.
